If you buy only one book related to the “Paleo” approach, I would recommend this one.  The scientific background information shouldn’t be missed by anyone who has any obvious autoimmune conditions (such as Meniere’s), and Robb Wolf is a very entertaining writer!

I’ve checked out a lot of Paleo/Primal cookbooks, but I think this one is the best I’ve seen so far.  The recipes are uniformly great tasting (even to kids, my daughter loves almost everything I’ve made), very quick, and easy to follow and modify when needed.

There are some differences in the “Paleo” vs. “Primal” approach to eating.  Robb Wolf is the main Paleo guy and Mark Sisson is the main Primal guy.  His book is great, and I especially like his approach to physical movement and activity.

This resource is a good introduction to mindfulness meditation.  I still listen to it often, even though I’ve expanded my library quite a bit.
